Privacy on Phynk's websites

This page covers phynk.com, exhibita.phynk.com and sidebar.phynk.com. Sidebar and Exhibit A each have their own privacy notice, inside the app.

Reading these sites

They run no analytics, ads or tracking scripts, and their fonts are served from the sites themselves.

phynk.com and sidebar.phynk.com set no cookies. exhibita.phynk.com sets one, xa_home_variant: it remembers which of two versions of its home page you saw (a or b), so you see the same one next time. It holds nothing else, isn't shared, and lasts 90 days.

Cloudflare hosts the sites. Like any host, it handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. We don't keep a list of who visits.

Asking to hear when an app opens

If you use "Tell me when it opens" for Exhibit A, Sidebar or Docket, we keep your email address, which app you asked about, when you asked, and, on Exhibit A's pricing page, the plan you picked. We use them for one thing: to email you when that app opens. We don't sell or share them, or add you to any other list.

Starting the form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person and not a bot. Turnstile is Cloudflare's service and follows Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy. It doesn't load unless you start the form.

We delete your address once we've sent that email, or sooner if you ask.

Asking us anything

Write to hello@phynk.com. It reaches a person. That includes asking what we hold about you or asking us to delete it.
