Your privacy choices
Do not sell or share my personal information.
Done. This browser is opted out, and so is your account the next time you use Exhibit A or Sidebar in it.
Your browser sends Global Privacy Control, so it's opted out already. Your account is too, once you use Exhibit A or Sidebar in this browser.
What we share
We don't sell your information. When you come to Exhibit A or Sidebar from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Google or Reddit, and you later pay for a plan, we tell that ad platform about the purchase: the ad's click ID from the link you followed, the amount and when, your browser's name and version, and your email address hashed (scrambled one way, so the platform can match it to its own records but can't read it). They use it to measure our ads and show them to people more likely to pay. That's "sharing" for advertising under California law.
We never share anything from your case, your messages, your files, or who's in them. If you didn't come from one of our ads, there's nothing to share.
Opting out
Opt out here, and we won't share your purchases with an ad platform. You can do it whether or not you have an account.
This saves your choice in this browser (a cookie, phynk_no_share), and on your account for good the next time you use Exhibit A, Sidebar's website or Sidebar's plan page in this browser. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that as opting out too, the same way. To opt out your account wherever you are, write to privacy@phynk.com from its email address and we'll do it.
